A little help every day. A clearer picture over time.
Sennit fits into ordinary days. It helps with what needs doing now. It remembers what happened. And it has everything ready when the next visit comes.

Screens from the Sennit app, example data.
- Today
Start with today.
Sennit shows one useful thing at a time: a medicine that is due, a reading to note, or something to remember. A dose takes one tap.

- In their own words
The person decides what is kept.
Anything else can be told to Sen in the person’s own words. Sen shows what it understood, right inside their sentence.
The person fixes anything that is wrong, then chooses Keep. Their words stay with the entry.

- Family
Family adds what they notice.
A family member the person links can add what they saw. Their notes are always labelled as theirs. If the patient and their family see a day differently, Sennit keeps both.
Saturday 3 October
- Reported by Michel · 08:10“Slept well. Felt fine this morning.”
- Noticed by Sophie · 08:40“Restless around three. He was up twice.”
Both kept, each with its own name. Example household.
- Ask
Ask about the past few weeks.
Sen answers from what was recorded and shows the entries behind its answer. It says plainly what the record cannot tell. A question can be saved for the next appointment.

- The visit
Ready when it matters.
Before an appointment, Sen prepares a short summary from the record. The person checks it and brings it along. Preparing it sends nothing to anyone.

The whole person, not one condition.
Many people live with more than one condition. Their medicines, readings and notes for all of them sit in one place. Sennit never assumes a symptom belongs to a particular condition.
Example household.
What Sennit does
- Keeps what the person says, in their words.
- Keeps doses, checks and readings, each with a date.
- Lets family add what they saw, labelled as theirs.
- Answers from the record, and says what it can’t tell.
- Prepares a summary for the visit.
What Sennit doesn’t do
- Diagnose.
- Change medicines.
- Sound alarms.
- Score anyone.
- Replace the care team.
- Handle emergencies.
Questions
Who is Sennit for?
People living with Parkinson’s and the people who care for them. Alzheimer’s and other dementias come next. We are shaping that work with families and clinicians who know these conditions well.
Can I try Sennit now?
Yes. Write to us and we’ll set you up.
Can my family use it too?
Yes. A family member the person links can add what they noticed. It stays labelled as theirs.
Do I have to fill something in every day?
No. Mark a dose or say a sentence when it helps. A day with nothing recorded is just a gap. Sennit never treats it as a missed dose or a good day.
What if Sen gets it wrong?
You fix it before you choose Keep. Your own words stay next to what Sen understood.
Can I speak instead of typing?
Coming soon. You will check what Sen heard before anything is kept.
Who sees what I keep?
Only the people the person links. Preparing a summary does not send it anywhere.
What if the app is hard for me to use?
Tell us. We are designing Sennit with people who find phones difficult, and we want to hear what would help.
Is it for emergencies?
No. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Sennit will carry some of the load with you.
